Congratulations on your recent decision to purchase a home in Woodcroft! We are your Woodcroft Community Association managers Ruth Bowman (Business Manager) and Mary Gibbs (Community Manager). We would like to welcome you to the neighborhood. We hope you are getting settled and are feeling a part of the community.
Woodcroft Community Association
The Woodcroft Community Association (WCA) is responsible for the maintenance of the jogging trails, athletic fields, Woodcroft Parkway, greenways, and other areas enjoyed by all Woodcroft residents. You are welcome to attend WCA Board meetings, held every second Tuesday of the month at 7:00 PM in the WCA Community Room, Suite K of the Woodcroft Professional Center.
Single Family Homeowners
You will be billed by invoice in January of each year for WCA dues. The current yearly dues are $198.00. Hopefully, your attorney collected this fee at the closing of your home. If not, please contact our office immediately. Your dues help to maintain approximately 100 acres of Woodcroft common area, six miles of bike trails, four entrances to the community, and the Woodcroft soccer fields.
Remember, before beginning any project that will change the exterior appearance of your home in any way including landscaping and tree removal, please follow the procedures outlined by the Architectural Review Board. Feel free to contact us at (919) 493-1551 or firstname.lastname@example.org if you have questions.
Multi Family Homeowners
As an owner of property in a multifamily neighborhood, you belong to your own specific neighborhood association as well as to the Woodcroft Community Association and are responsible to pay dues to both associations. Your first year of WCA dues should have been collected at closing. In the future you will be billed by invoice in January of each year for WCA dues which are currently $198.00. These dues help to maintain approximately 100 acres of Woodcroft common area, six miles of bike trails, four entrances to the community, and the Woodcroft soccer fields.
Your specific neighborhood property dues are set by your property management company. Please contact your property management company for details about your individual community.
Please note that if you live in Homeplace I, II, or III, you pay HOA dues only to your property management company and they will pay your Woodcroft dues for you.
At your earliest convenience, please visit the About You page to update our records for your new property.
