Woodcroft Community Association

The Woodcroft Community Association (WCA) is a service organization operated by and for all property owners within the Woodcroft planned unit development. Its primary responsibility is to manage and maintain natural areas, playing fields, jogging trails, roadsides and other areas known as “common properties” which have been conveyed to the association for the full use and enjoyment of its members. All Woodcroft property owners are automatically members of the WCA, and the association obtains the funds necessary for its operation by an annual assessment of members.  From left to right your Woodcroft board members are, Jon Heim, Dan Ryan, Dayna Wittman, KC Elander and Wendy Sotolongo.

Please refer to the resident Policies page for more information about the WCA bylaws, convenants, and rights.
