The Woodcroft Community Association (WCA) is a service organization operated by and for all property owners within the Woodcroft planned unit development. Its primary responsibility is to manage and maintain natural areas, playing fields, jogging trails, roadsides and other areas known as “common properties” which have been conveyed to the association for the full use and enjoyment of its members. All Woodcroft property owners are automatically members of the WCA, and the association obtains the funds necessary for its operation by an annual assessment of members. That assessment is charged to every Woodcroft homeowner on January 1st.
Please refer to the resident Policies page for more information about the WCA Bylaws, Covenants, and Rights.
WCA Board Of Directors
The Board of Directors consists of five elected Woodcroft residents. The Board is responsible for administering and enforcing the Woodcroft covenants and restrictions, providing services to residents, and promoting communication and understanding within the community.
The WCA Board of Directors meet the fourth Tuesday of each month, at 7:00 PM. The meeting is currently being held on Zoom. Normally it is held in Suite K of the Woodcroft Professional Building at 5501 Fortunes Ridge Drive. Meetings are open to the public and Woodcroft residents are encouraged to attend. If you would like to be placed on the agenda, please contact T.R. O’Neill, CAS, Inc., email@example.com.
See the Calendar for meeting dates. You can find monthly board meeting minutes in the Documents section of the site.
